TRUSTY
TRUSTY is a tag-device that emits an alarm sound to prevent shoplifting.
Armed with TRUSTY, you can protect your valuable merchandise from loss due to theft.
This device operates as a system with only a single antenna.
The tag itself emits an alarm sound allowing you to identify which tagged item is being taken away.
To reduce malfunctions caused by interference, the frequency transmitted from the antenna is converted to a signal dedicated to security tags and controlled by a microcontroller.
Once the security tag is set, it automatically enters the alert mode after 30 seconds. The security tag can be easily detached within 30 seconds after it is set.
The security tag is deactivated by radio waves. Since the tag can be released without contact, it is easy to detach. Customers no longer need to wait for detagging at the cash register.
In addition to an alarm when merchandise is being taken out with the tag still attached, the tag itself will emit an alarm sound if the wire of a loop-type tag is cut or the attached tag is peeled off.
